Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Analysis

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the practice of orienting sites so that they achieve the highest rankings in their respective markets.

This is achieved by adhering to best practices particular to a Website's content - its keywords and keyterms selections, well written source code and regular provision of relevant content. It is also contingent on how that site is perceived by its peers i.e. the quality of backlinks from other recognised and relevant sites. These aspects, internal and external, determine how and where a Website is ranked in the organic rankings of Search Engines such as Google etc.

Analysis reports

Quantic provides two levels of analysis in helping you to orient and maximise on the ROI in your website and the Online marketing. The reports highlight the optimal organic search terms that your site, in its respective market can capitalise and suggests the most suitable strategies contingent on your budget, resources and time requirements.

The key difference here is that these reports are based on organic search results; not those generated by paid ad campaigns. By optimising your site against keywords selected in the report your site will attract new volumes of highly targeted traffic searching on those keywords and subsequently dominate the search results in the Search Engine pages if you employ other online marketing methods.

Market analysis report

The Online Market Place Snapshot report provides a comprehensive snapshot of the external opportunities which exist in your marketplace (in terms of online activity) and of the internal effectiveness of your website regarding lead and activity conversions. The report comes in two parts.

Highlight external opportunities in your marketplace

Firstly, we would provide a keyword analysis report surrounding your services and marketplace. From these findings you will be advised as to which search terms are:

  • performing well in Google
  • appropriate for optimising your website
  • appropriate for targetting externally
  • not popular enough to receive traffic
  • popular but too competitive

You will also receive details of the traffic volumes you can expect from these terms. Quantic will then advise on which search terms you should target based on your budget and objectives.

Internal performance of your website

Secondly, by analysing your weblogs or by setting up a 'Google Analytics' account on your site (this would typcally require a four week period for the trends to establish) you will receive:

  • a report on traffic and lead volumes currently being achieved
  • an overview of user behaviour
  • search terms being used by visitors to find the website
  • content items that are pushing visitors along their customer journeys

On receipt of your report, we will arrange a walkthrough call explaining the rationale and suggesting strategies that would best bridge any gaps in regards to budgets and time constraints
