Project description:
Fifab needed an online solution allowing them to provide their customers with project progress via an online portal with secure login facilities. The system provides at a glance reports using dynamic Flash based charts and tabular reporting.
Project requirements:
To ensure system efficiency the solution required that:
- 'at a glance' reports should be available
- detailed numerical data should be presented
- customer/project data should be held behind a secure login
- customers could be created in the system
- customers could be assigned logins and access rights
- communicate officially, using a variety of mediums
- provision should be made for future report conversion possibilites
Solution supplied:
Using a combination of our reporting tools, optional 'Bolt-ons' and custom modifications the project requirements are being satisfied through:
- dynamic flash-based interactive reporting
- concise tabular reporting
- secure client login facilities
- dynamic, admin controlled, project data input
- dynamic, admin controlled, client login details
- report conversion provision allowing project data to:
- be dynamically converted to pdf
- be dynamically converted to excell files
- be cross referenced in summary reporting
